Scheduled Weekly Activities...


At 7,800 feet, the elevation here provides cool evenings that invite you to use your fireplace, but the sunny days of summer are hot enough to make the swimming pool refreshing. Besides the daily amenities, we have several scheduled events happening throughout the week:


Monday...Soda Saloon:
Wet your whistle at our Old Fashioned Soda Saloon. Soda slingin' bartenders are ready to whip up your favorite sundaes, cones and floats. Monday and Wednesday evenings 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Summer season only. Cost: $1.50 to $3.50

Tuesday Evening...Campfire
Gather around the campfire for a complete marshmallow roast with all the fixings for smores Tuesday Evening at 7:00pm. Summer season only.
 

Tuesday- Kid's Club...
New this year is our Kid's Club. Sign up your children, ages 4-10, in the office by Monday night for supervised arts & crafts, nature walk, and brown bag lunch. Tuesday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. $20 per child. Meet at the "Club House" at 10:00am.Summer Season Only- Weather permitting

Wednesday.. Soda Saloon:

Thursday...Mountain Style Breakfast:

What a way to start your day! Smell the aroma of good vittles as you fill your plate with all you can eat flap-jacks, Denver Omelet, sausage, juice and cowboy coffee gather at the "Campfire Coral" listen for the dinner bell. Choose 8:00am or 9:00am seating. Trail Rides "Mount-up" before or after breakfast at a discounted rate. Please sign up in the office for your seating preference. Summer season only. Breakfast is complimentary for all Glacier Lodge Guests!

Thursday Nights...Western Folk Music Performance:
We are proud to announce the return of Brad Fitch- Folk, Western and Family Entertainer back to Glacier Lodge. Brad will be perform every Thursday evening beginning June 7 through August 23 with the exception of July 29. Join us around the campfire from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m  Whether it is entertaining children at a sing-along, performing their songs about their love of the land, playing their songs of life on the prairie, sea songs or John Denver ballads, Brad is sure to leave you with your foot tapping and a smile on your face.

Friday...Buck-a-Roo Round-up:
Your youngster will love our "Kids's night". A Tube Steak Fry, games and marshmallow roast are all supervised. Parents-have a night out. We do ask that you lasso your buckaroo's by 9:00pm at the office. Gather in the circle behind the office at 6:30pm. Friday night 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Summer season only. Cost: $12.00 per child.

Trail Rides:
At daybreak the horse roundup begins. The wranglers prepare for a full day of trail rides as 35 horses are grained and saddled waiting to take you over miles of scenic mountain trails in Roosevelt National Forest. You can plan an hour ride or longer to enjoy Nature's spectacular beauty. Little buckaroo's can enjoy pony rides around the property too. Please make arrangements at the livery. Open May 18th to October 1 st. Ages 4 and up can ride big horses. No doubles.

All trail rides are guided and leave on the hour. First ride goes out at 8:00am last ride out at 5:00. Please make your riding arrangements at the livery when you arrive. For complete information on horseback trail rides click here!
